It was packed in \u003cstrong\u003ecowhide, well preserved for over 40 years \u003c\/strong\u003euntil present, to be flavoured in our gaiwan and teapots.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a dark tea, heicha 黑茶 in Chinese, with \u003cstrong\u003ea clear liquor and soft, nuancing notes; botanic, sweet, liquorice, balsamic wood and camphor\u003c\/strong\u003e delicately surround the mouth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOrigin:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e Ya'an city, Sichuan province\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFlush:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e 1970s\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFormat:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e 50 gr. from open brick samples\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eStorage:\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cspan\u003ethe leaves can be stored in their original package or in ceramic vase\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. Avoid heat, light, and moisture.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003eBesides the typical gongfucha brewing way, we advice to try boil these leaves: to do so put the 1gr. of leaves every 50-80ml of water and bring it to boiling temperature; after boiled turn off the kettle or the fire, cover the lid and wait five minutes before serving.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003eit will be ready and sweeter than you might imagine, and your room will be full of Sichuanese fragrances.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eInfusion Parameters\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEASTERN BREWING\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eQuantity: \u003c\/strong\u003e1 gr. of tea every 30 ml of water\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eRinse:\u003c\/strong\u003e before starting the infusion, rinse the leaves with a very fast washing in order to let them rehydrate and release a more intense brew. Gently cover the leaves with boiling water and pour it after a few seconds.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBrewing time:\u003c\/strong\u003e Begin with a 30-45 second brew.
