It has been used for the production of different tea categories, but it is within the rocky boundaries of \u003cstrong\u003eWuyishan park\u003c\/strong\u003e that it reached new expressions of flavor and a unique aromatic complexity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe first brews release floral notes of plum blossoms (梅 \u003cem\u003eméi\u003c\/em\u003e), orchids and roses, which later evolve into a creamy hazelnut aroma given by the \u003cstrong\u003emedium charcoal-roasting process\u003c\/strong\u003e, and finally triumph in the typical minerality of the aftertaste.
