Each pu'er tea was compressed in a stone-pressed cake, to allow the best ageing of our wild forest and ancient tree leaves.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eEach box contains 4 tea samples of 10 gr (0.35 oz) each, for a total of 40 gr. (1.4 oz) of tea.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eInfusion Parameters\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eEASTERN BREWING\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eQuantity:\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e1 gr of tea every 30 ml of water\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRinse:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e before starting the infusion, rinse the leaves with a very fast washing in order to let them rehydrate and release a more intense brew. Gently cover the leaves with warm water and pour it after a few seconds.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBrewing time:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e Begin with a 40-second brew for Yueguangbai white tea, 10-15 seconds for Pu'er tea.
