It is the place we have long dreamed of and that collects everything that we are: the teas from our forest, and the teas we select from the best Chinese producers, besides unique hand-made ceramics from Yixing, Jingdezhen and from the Yunnan Dai minority. Everything surrounded by the wood furniture designed by Suyuan. Teas, teaware and furnitures to express the best of China's craftsmanship.

Gong fu cha tea menus

We serve tasting menus with fine and rare teas, brewed in Chinese style gongfucha at our table. You can also shop all the teas both from our production and from our selection.

yixing fitting

Yixing clay is a precious and rare material, meant to last through generations. You are always welcome in our tearoom to try freely our full selection, and receive support on the choice of the perfect yixing.

Courses and events

We regularly host online tasting events, that can also be followed live in our tearoom. We also invest in deep and rich knowledge on Chinese teas, through our long-term courses.

Eastern Tales of taste and fragrances

In a moment of quietude, where senses are awaken and taste meets breath, tea and incense tell their story. One is born from the infusion of leaves, the other from fire releasing resins: both invite listening, presence, and a fragrant silence. 

It'a a moment to be present, letting the senses soak in the finest tastes and fragrances of ancient China.

Tea Tastings

Our tea tasting are guided journeys served at the table following the Chinese tradition of Gongfucha, allowing the tea leaves time to reveal themselves over multiple infusions.
Every tasting includes three tea, each one brewed three times. Every tasting takes about one hour / one hour and a half.

Prices vary from 25€ to 36€ per one person, with lower fares applied when a tasting is shared by multiple people.

Forest trees

Eastern Leaves takes care of a tea forest in southern Yunnan, China. With the leaves of these trees we produce three types of tea:

- Yueguangbai, White Tea
- Dianhong, Red Tea
- Sheng Pu, Pu'er Tea

Yunnan Colors

Less typical leaves of Yunnan region are brewed to reveal unique and surprising flavors.

Floral Sweetness

Various leaves with a unique aroma reveal an harmonious blend of sweet and floral notes in each infusion.

We sit at the table for to guide you through two teas in Gongfucha and a natural incense. An invitation to slow down, breathe, and feel.
